Guarantee Terms:

  • Covers one product (one bottle) per customer or household
  • Applies only to purchases made directly at www.myoptimacy.com
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and discounts are non-refundable
  • Replacements sent at no cost (for damaged/lost shipments) are not eligible
  • Only one refund permitted per customer or household

We recommend starting with a single bottle if you're new to OPTIMACY.

📦 30-Day Refund Policy (Unopened Products Only)

If you changed your mind, we accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Important: All OPTIMACY supplements are plastic-sealed at the cap, and most include a tamper-evident seal. Refunds under this policy are valid only if the seal is unbroken.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unopened and in original sealed condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, no refund can be issued

Refund Timing:
Returns are typically processed within 10–14 business days after we receive your item. This allows time for receipt, inspection, and refund issuance to your original payment method.

  • Timely Submissions: Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Late returns are not eligible.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees, return postage, taxes, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Locations: We ship within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.
  • Third-Party Orders: Orders placed through Amazon or other resellers are not eligible for refund or return under this policy.
