We’re committed to delivering OPTIMACY products efficiently and reliably, with care that matches the quality of our formulations.


🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours
  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
  • All U.S. orders include tracking and delivery confirmation
  • We currently ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and others

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Exceptions may be made for authorized wholesale or distributor accounts, in which case:

  • A flat rate of $25 USD will apply
  • Shipping time: 2–3 weeks, depending on destination
  • Tracking and duties vary by country

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@myoptimacy.com.


❗ Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

OPTIMACY is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier or contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
